How We Work With You

Every piece we create begins with a conversation. Whether you’re drawn to something from our signature collection or have a vision entirely your own, we’re here to guide you through every step — at whatever pace feels right for you.

Option 1:  Select your Dream Ring + Custom Stone Sourcing

Wish you could try on our rings before making a choice? We’ll send you samples so you can try them on in real life and start to see what speaks to you.

At the same time, we’ll reach out to our trusted gem dealers around the world and send you videos of stones to browse from the comfort of your home. When something catches your eye, we take it from there — sourcing the gem, finalizing the setting, and putting your piece together.

This entire process can happen over email, or we can layer in video appointments — whatever feels most comfortable to you.

Option 2: Fully Custom Ring Design + Custom Stone Sourcing

Have a vision of something that doesn’t exist yet? We partner with you to design your dream piece from the ground up, and we don’t stop until it’s exactly right.

Here’s how the process works:

  • Stone sourcing. We send you curated stone videos from our gem dealers worldwide. You pick the one that speaks to you.
  • Virtual design sessions. We meet with you virtually to sketch out your vision, talk through styles, and start designing. This typically takes 2–3 video appointments.
  • 3D renders. We create detailed 3D renderings of your design and share them with you. We revise until every detail is exactly as you imagined.
  • A physical prototype. Before we ever start production, you’ll receive a plastic version of your ring to try on. If something isn’t perfect, we go back to the drawing board. This step only ends when you’re completely happy.
  • Production. Once you give us the green light, we go into production. Your piece is typically ready within 6–8 weeks.
